The pins snap in so easily that my 7-year-old could do the rainbow all by herself without any help from me. I was worried string would end up everywhere, but everything stays put on the pre-punched board. Kept her busy for a solid hour, which never happens.
My daughter finished the unicorn in one sitting and immediately asked for the hot air balloon next. I love that the pins snap straight into the pre-punched board, so there's zero frustration for her little fingers.
